# Do you have a productive candidate in front of you?

What would a good talent manager do in such circumstances?

Would the manager be satisfied with a CV and an interview?  
Definitely not.

Such manager would not be satisfied with anything less than what they could personally see “on the field”. And therefore would ask:

Is the candidate able to block every attempt at an attack? Would he have consistent results?
