# What we’ve been up to – LIVE and Online right now!

> Today is Day 3 of 3 of our Performance Hiring training.

For the last three days we’ve been delivering our Performance Hiring training in a very different way than previous times!

Normally this training is live and as in-person group workshop or can be attended as an online self-paced training. As a result of needing to postpone two times with business owners who were ready to get the knowledge and tools, we settled on a date and decided we would deliver live either way!

So here we are! Today is Day 3 of 3 of our Performance Hiring training.

For the first time we are delivering it LIVE, and online. With all venues shut we set up in our office. The format is still fantastic and all attendees are loving the experience.

Even though training is online, we are still doing everything (almost!) we would normally do in a live training. Including our two-person practicals that help the attendees get the most out of the training with real, practical tools to apply to their hiring.

And what a fabulous group of business owners and managers!
