No. The lecture is open to all managers and companies that want to lead their teams better. Performia's clients often use it to pass the same know-how on to their own managers, but it is just as useful for companies that are only getting to know our approach.

Yes. The seminar is useful both for managers who have only recently taken on the role and for experienced managers. It presents principles that work regardless of how long you have been leading, and gives concrete guidance you can use in leading your team every day.

It's good that you have experience. Very experienced managers often tell us they had many “aha” moments, gained a completely new view of people and, above all, took away concrete tools they now use in practice.

Experience shows that a single wrong hire can break up a whole team for months or even years. Being able to recognise real potential, and the risks, is a lasting and essential skill for building a team. Even if you use it only once a year, it is worth it. The seminar also gives you a lot of guidance on your current team: how to raise its productivity, how to motivate people without money, and how to avoid the most common mistakes.
